Shipping questions
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping is included in the purchase price for all orders.
When will my order ship?
Orders made before 3pm EST ship same day.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the order is booked with the courier.
Returns questions
What is your returns policy?
We replace defective and damaged product. We do not replace product if you change your mind.
What is the process for returns?
Please reach out to customer service at solutions@purocor.com and you will be guided through the process. We aim to complete the returns process within 48 hours.
